for a three-hour dinner with me, I’d gladly accept."Su Can chuckled and said, "Don't be so pessimistic. With your future identity, Lin Guangdong, you'll definitely surpass this amount and create simi...Chapter 111: A Woman's Anger

The Wen Garden was quiet, with the悶熱的學校因那些綠植而顯得生機勃勃。

Su Cen was unsure if Wang Guiwen had taken what he said to heart, and even less did he know how much reverence Wang Guiwen felt towards him. Eventually, Wang Guiwen could only wave his hand for Su Cen to leave; discreetly placed on his desk was the latest issue of "Morning Flowers," where Su Cen ranked first in this year's most influential student selection based on a landslide vote.

Of course, Wang Guiwen didn't care about these small student antics. He just worried that if Su Cen skipped class, other students might follow his lead, causing a bigger impact and further disintegrating the already chaotic class environment. That was why he had specially sought out Su Cen today.

Seeing Su Cen come and go at his beck and call, Wang Guiwen felt a faint sense of

satisfaction.

This student who was directly admitted to Nan University and was the most rebellious in school. No matter where he ended up in the future—whether it be climbing to middle management positions in multinational corporations or working for large state-owned enterprises, or even serving as a top leader in towns within the system—he would still remain Wang Guiwen's student, showing him respect. This sense of professional self-worth was deeply fulfilling.

Yang Cheng had returned from an international science and engineering competition with first prize honors for his best individual award; five out of six team members representing the national team also won two second prizes, three third prizes, and one group first prize. They came back laden with achievements.

The school welcomed this expeditionary team directly upon their return, but even Yang Cheng's dramatic comeback couldn't overshadow Su Cen's selection as the most influential character in the school paper. This left many supporters of Yang Cheng feeling regretful while causing disappointment among those who had campaigned for other candidates they favored.

In the gloomy world of senior year high school, this was one of the most attractive topics besides watching the school-organized games and admiring girls' summer attire in various classes.

Tang Wu visited the Morning Flowers club during her break period, which stirred a commotion there. She had seen boys waiting for their girlfriends outside clubs before but never someone as renowned as Tang Wu waiting for someone. This made the new president of the Morning Flowers Club, Qin Gang, feel rather proud.

The previous president Li Qingyang had stepped down due to the class change in senior year, and former vice-president Qin Wang was promoted to be the new leader of the Morning Flowers Club.

Upon hearing that Tang Wu was waiting for Qin Wang, everyone began to comment. "I heard this girl already has a boyfriend. Recently, not just second-year students but even first-year ones are asking about her; these guys must think they've been in the school long enough to act so arrogantly."

"Tang Wu just came back from America, and you're quite something, aren't you This girl isn’t ordinary—no one can easily get close to her," someone reminded with obvious envy.

Many people on-site deliberately hoped that Tang Wu outside could hear the chatter. Even those passing by in other studios called out Qin Wang's name loudly next to Tang Wu, seemingly trying to disturb her calm demeanor.

"Don’t misunderstand everyone, Tang Wu is here for the latest issue of Morning Flowers. You know this current edition is sold out almost everywhere except our magazine; it’s a testament to how influential our new team has made the club. That's quite an encouragement!" Qin Wang was incredibly proud and put on a show for everyone but couldn't hide his satisfaction from the group's smiles.

"If she’s here for the latest issue of Morning Flowers, I understand why Tang Wu is waiting outside," someone immediately got it.

A girl added with gossipy excitement, completely ignoring the feelings of the magazine staff. "Our most influential character in this edition was Su Cen; you know who he is—Tang Wu’s boyfriend. So for his girlfriend to come here for a boyfriend's magazine is perfectly normal and she definitely wants to keep it."

Tang Wu received her copy of the latest Morning Flowers, handing over 6 yuan. Qin Wang hurriedly declined with a bitter smile, "No, no, just treat this as my personal gift for your graduation from school. You’re bound to get into one of the best universities in China; it's our turn to take on senior year now."

Perhaps due to getting the latest Morning Flowers, Tang Wu seemed in a good mood, smiling and encouragingly saying, "It’s fine, life in senior year isn’t hard at all. Once this period is over, you can attend your dream university; pursue your goals tightly. Thank you, I must leave now."

Qin Gang nodded as he watched Tang Wu's back, feeling both a sense of loss and pride, with an inward sigh.

The beautiful flowers in this school would only be left behind as fleeting images to be scattered by the July wind of the college entrance exam.

This summer, Shushan Stationery’s primary dealer points were spread across East China, South China, and Southwest regions; its provincial dealerships in Central China were established in Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, while first-tier dealers for this region were set up in Hubei and Hunan.

The largest primary dealer in the Southwest was naturally Su Cen's mother, Zeng He. She had already become proficient at it; most importantly, Shushan Stationery products deeply ingrained themselves into Chengdu’s universities, passing market scrutiny with undeniable success.

Currently, in Rongcheng's stationery stores and those within the province that wish to affiliate with Shushan stationery stores will source their inventory through Tseng Ah. So, by the time Tseng Ah opens its fifteenth branch store, it won't need to continue expanding further; instead, it will focus on increasing warehouse capacity and establishing secondary-level dealers in major and medium-sized cities across the province, followed by setting up a network of tertiary-level dealers in surrounding towns.

Situated within Rongcheng's dedicated economic development zone, the Shushan Stationery Factory covers one hundred mu. With Su Can’s patented design drawings, these stationery products have rapidly gained popularity among Chinese students' writing market. Under Su Can's leadership, the Shushan Stationery Factory has swiftly risen to prominence and is now leading China's pen manufacturing industry. This level of attention to stationery had never been seen before.

The first time a student purchases writing supplies, they are subjectively motivated by admiration to buy these products over their objective need for them.

Once the primary dealers in each province and city have matured and strengthened, the cultural goods sales pyramid will be fully established. All that remains is for Su Can to refine this "pyramid" distribution model, after which he can expect a steady flow of money into his pockets through these nationwide channels.

Pens retailing at two to three yuan each are projected to support a market of over one billion people across the country within the next three to five years. This industry is one that Su Can pioneered and should not be underestimated or abandoned.

As summer grew increasingly hot, the sky turned a deep shade of blue, while dazzling sunlight baked the ground with heat waves. The leaves of green plants seemed to exude oil, making it appear even hotter.

Summer left all senior three students feeling lethargic, but those who were invigorated included girls wearing short sleeves and skirts, occasionally seen in sheer halter tops.

As long as they weren't dressed too provocatively, No. 27 High School was fairly liberal regarding student attire.

The hot summer didn’t just bring beauty but also some students who filled plastic bags with water and tossed them downstairs like "water bombs."

Water faucets near the boys' and girls' bathroom entrances often gushed, splashing droplets onto the tiles. Both genders frequently used this water to splash others, leading to unexpected drenchings.

While Su Can was washing his hands, he suddenly felt a chill down his back. Turning around, Lin Luoran giggled and splashed more water towards him with her hand.

"I warned you," said Su Can, furrowing his brows.

"You're threatening me I've never been afraid of threats," replied Lin Luoran fearlessly, using her hands to splash water at him again and again.

The laughter caught the attention of some seniors who were intimidated by Lin Luoran. Although they often saw her being very athletic on the sports field or playfully roughhousing with acquaintances in a typically masculine manner, she now displayed an unexpectedly lively side when interacting with Su Can.

"I'm warning you again; I won't rule out retaliating," said Su Can before he poured a large amount of water directly at Lin Luoran's face as soon as he finished speaking.

Though nimble like a rabbit, some of the water still splashed onto her back. When Lin Haoran turned to avoid it, two girls walking nearby—Xiao Yunchun and Wu Shirui—were inevitably hit by Su Can’s water stream.

Earlier in the summer, girls wore very few clothes; more accurately, they were quite scantily clad.

As a result, when Su Can unleashed his water torrent, the midsections of Xiao Yunchun's, Wu Shirui's, and Lin Luoran’s clothing became soaked against their skin, momentarily revealing the contours of their undergarments—already eye-catching even before becoming wet.

In such an area where both male and female students often converged, there was a momentary silence.

Seeing Lin Luoran, Xiao Yunchun, and Wu Shirui silently take three filled plastic bags of water from familiar girls’ hands,

Su Can quickly slipped away.

This comes from the furious water balloons launched by three girls, and if they hit him, it would be a serious situation. It's no different from him having to take a shower in the toilet due to his nervousness.

However, Su Can clearly underestimated two things: first, the extent of anger the three girls felt towards his daring advances; second, these three girls were all classmates of his.

In that moment, Su Can truly thought he should use the privilege of a recommended student to take leave and stay at home, reflecting on this year's business development trends and looking forward to a beautiful future in university.

"Su Can! If you dare lay your hands on us, don't think you can escape!"

In the hallway of summer 2001 for senior three students, there was a scene of three girls chasing after one boy.

This drew curious gazes from all the classes as they peered out to watch.

"Little Wu, help me block my raging younger sister!" Su Can, who had run back into the classroom, successfully tempted the bored Lin Zouwu.

Lin Zouwu was incredibly excited; Su Can had never before asked for his help. He felt that no matter how difficult it might be, he would go through with it. Wang Weiwei also stood up out of a sense of righteousness and said, "That little brat Lin Luoran dares to bully you like this Don’t worry, we've got your back!"

Lin Zouwu took big strides towards the back door and shouted loudly with great spirit: “Whoever dares touch Su Can can come after me!”

The three fierce women didn't show him any courtesy. They whipped out their plastic bags, slapping them in front of his face.

Headshot.

Lin Zouwu was shocked as a bag fell over his head, and the water poured down like a torrent, washing his body. Other water balloons splattered against the walls and Lin Zouwu’s arms, causing streams and splashes of water to fly everywhere.

Wang Weiwei, who had been about to cheer him on from beside him, suddenly sat back into an empty chair and pretended he was studying diligently.

A single battle made Su Can famous overnight.

The next day, the entire senior three grade knew that Su Can, the new face in the school publication, had been chased by three girls along the corridor. The story was embellished so vividly that it caused Tang Wu to frown and feel uncomfortable when she heard it; Sun Man, on the other hand, widened her eyes as she listened to the dramatic recounting of events.

In this anxious graduation period, Su Can suddenly felt much younger. Sometimes he would laugh in his sleep, dreaming about a future filled with colorful possibilities and various extraordinary people, all celebrating their final days of youth in school.

And just like that, the time for graduation arrived.

In an effort to graduate simultaneously with senior three students today, I'll be updating two chapters at once, so thank you all for waiting. Sorry about the delay.

The review section has been very active; thanks to everyone's efforts, but it’s important that useful suggestions are solid and constructive.

Yesterday I forgot to wish good luck to senior three students, but I believe this isn't a time for them to be reading books.

Still, let me extend my best wishes to all the graduating seniors. Today is the first day of the college entrance exam; stay calm and composed as you face this critical challenge in your life’s journey. I am confident that your future will be even better. Believe in yourselves, believe in all my friends and brothers: after passing this hurdle, you’ll have a future with unparalleled flexibility and prospects.ing among a bunch of science students."The two engaged in witty banter, each taking turns to retort, this excellent tradition having existed since their first dormitory聯誼and continuing至今.Wang Dongjian...
